At Casasoulù, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. To help you understand the costs and conditions associated with your order, please review the following shipping policy:

All orders begin processing once payment has been confirmed.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our order preparation time is 2–4 business days. This means that, in most cases, your order will be dispatched within this timeframe.

Please make sure that all information entered when placing your order is accurate. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the information provided, including name, shipping or billing address, postal code, phone number, or any other details.

FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE EU

All prices displayed on our website for customers within the EU include Value Added Tax (VAT). No additional customs duties or import taxes apply; therefore, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, providing a DNI or NIE is mandatory in order to complete customs procedures correctly.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Prices shown on our website do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees for orders shipped outside the EU, the Canary Islands, or the United Kingdom.

Any applicable customs charges or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact amount of these charges; however, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to obtain detailed information regarding taxes, duties, and import requirements.

We are legally required to declare the full value of all products and mark shipments as merchandise.

We cannot declare orders as gifts or undervalue their contents to reduce customs charges.

Please note that your local customs office may require additional documentation and extra processing time to clear your shipment. This may affect the estimated delivery timeframe and could generate additional costs, which will also be the responsibility of the recipient.

Please make sure you understand the customs duties and taxes applicable in your country, as if you choose not to pay import charges and refuse delivery of your order/package, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
