RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
At Casasoulù, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, you may do so within 20 days of receiving your order.
ITEMS WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS
For hygiene reasons, swimsuits and bikini bottoms must have the protective plastic hygiene label intact in order to be eligible for return.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Include photos of the defect or error, along with your personal details and order number.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
. If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued. . If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new one, the customer must pay the difference.
. If the new product has a lower value, a refund or store credit will be issued.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
. Products must be returned in their original condition, within their original packaging, and including the order number.
. Returns will not be accepted for items in poor condition (e.g., makeup stains, odors, etc.).
. Any package received outside the established return period will be rejected and sent back to the sender.
. The customer assumes all costs and risks associated with the return.
RETURN COSTS
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
REFUNDS
. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed by our team within 1 to 5 business days.
. After passing quality control, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed (such as store credit or a promotional code).
. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an error by Casasoulù or if the item received is defective or incorrect.
. The time for the refund to appear may vary between 3 and 12 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
CUSTOMS
The package must be sent with customs duties paid. Any additional customs charges will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
